ACP >> QLTT >> Messages and e-mails >> Announcements

Chọn các bước như sau:

Activate announcements : chọn có
Announcements display : All pages
Scrolling : Deactivate
những phần bên dưới cứ giữ nguyên như cũ

bên dưới bạn tạo 1 file và gắn đoạn script ở trên vào

Xong rùi đó bây h` thì ra ngoài tận hưởng đi nào
